Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your directory arrived in disorder. This is not what I approved. Can you please tell me which town you are from? I checked with residents in Boulder Creek and Felton so far, and people are saying their directories are fine. The mail house also checked the extras, and those turned out fine as well. I would like to get the directory back from you so that I can show the printer what happened. Also, I am happy to send you a correct version in the mail.

I have added your business into the directory lsitings. Your business used to be listed, but we couldn’t verify the phone number for the past couple of years. Now we are back on track. The business name and phone number listing is free. SLVBD is an advertising based site, a link costs $60. In my opinion, it’s better to get an ad which will increase your visibility. Now that you are in the datatbase, we will be calling you next spring to confirm phone number and ask if you want to advertise. This year’s issue has already gone to press. I will try to squeeze you in, but I am not sure if the printer will let me because the presses might be rolling as we speak. Thank you for your interest in SLVBD. Kira Ruvo
